I became a therapist because I was frustrated with my own life. I wanted to live more authentically, and to feel heard, seen, respected, and appreciated. What I didn’t realize was that true fulfillment doesn’t come from external validation—it starts from within.
So, I pursued my master’s degree, did the inner work, and now specialize in attachment style based techniques like Emotionally Focused Therapy to help individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with confidence and connection.
